Age Group Breakdown
Little Dragons (Ages 4-6)
Focuses on gross motor skills, listening comprehension, and basic martial arts concepts through high-energy games and drills. A strong emphasis on fun and physical literacy.
Juniors (Ages 7-10)
Introduces foundational techniques in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and striking, alongside physical conditioning and complex coordination challenges. Builds teamwork and perseverance.
Youth (Ages 11-13)
Deep dives into technical proficiency and sparring (optional and controlled). This group focuses on bridging the gap between recreational activity and serious athletic training.
Teens (Ages 14-17)
Prepares students for adult classes and competitive opportunities. Training becomes more intensive, focusing on advanced technique, strategy, and mental toughness.
